It is really simple to add a client to your client list. 


Add a Client


To add a client, simply click the + icon located at the top right of the client list, right next to the search.
 

A pop-up window will open for you to enter key client details.

  • First and Last name

  • Email address

  • Gender

  • Phone number



Assign an onboarding questionnaire

If you’ve already created a questionnaire in the Forms section, you can quickly assign it from here using the drop-down menu


If you assign a questionnaire to a client, they will be prompted to complete it immediately upon registering on the Fitlog platform.


The email they receive will look like this. Once they click on the link, they will be prompted to create an account, set up a username and password, and be added to your organization. They will also be asked to accept your invitation.



The Status of the client will be "Pending" and will turn to "New Client" once they have been successfully added and accepted your invitation.


View or edit client profile

After creating a client, click on the client's name to open up the Client Dashboard. From this screen, you'll be able to manage everything related to a client.

You can edit any of the key client details, except email if your client has already registered an account. If they want to change their email, they will have to do it on their side and validate the new email with an email validation.




Resend a client invitation

To resend a client invitation, click on the client to access the client overview page. From there, click on the pending request dropdown and select the Resend Invite.


You can also copy the invite link and send it to them directly via SMS or email.  


You can also cancel the request and start over.
